At De Louise-Lorraine we are proud to stand behind the quality of every distinctive frame we manufacture. We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase or we will gladly give you a full refund. If you don’t love your Louise-Lorraine frames for any reason, and they are in their original order condition, you can replace or return them for a full refund within 10 days of the date of shipment. This unconditional guarantee applies only to the original purchase and does not cover accidental damage, scratches or breakage. The Louise-Lorraine eyewear guarantee is simple. Just return your eyeglasses – in resalable condition to our corporate office within 10 days and we’ll exchange them for a new pair or refund your money. If you exchange your purchase for a pair of frames at a lower price, we’ll refund the price difference. If you exchange your purchase for a pair of frames at a higher price, you’ll only pay the price difference.
